How is the minimum order quantity set?
MOQ is confirmed for the selected style, colour and packing. Tell us your trial quantity; larger orders can be reviewed for better pricing. For planning, allow 500 individual baubles per design and colour. For a trial order, we can check whether 300 is possible. This is a planning reference; the final MOQ is confirmed for the size, finish and packing. Bow sets, ribbon rolls and mixed assortments are quoted separately.
Are pieces, sets, rolls and cartons interchangeable?
No. State the unit with your quantity. QL0983 lists 3 yards per roll; a four-colour set contains four separate rolls. QL0987 is a 24-piece bow set. A carton packing count is not a minimum order quantity.
Can I change colours, sizes or packaging?
Send the product reference and the changes you need. Material, finish, colour combinations, size and packaging options are checked for the chosen style before the quote is confirmed.
Can I request samples?
Paid samples can be arranged. The sample fee is credited against the corresponding confirmed order; shipping is separate. Agree the reference, size, finish, colour and sample quantity, then confirm the sample fee, shipping cost and timing. How are shipping and delivery dates confirmed?
For delivery timing, contact YIFAN with the selected product, specifications, quantity, destination and required arrival date. We will discuss the schedule for your order.
