Ordering & Delivery

1. Confirm the product brief

Send the product code, style or colour, dimensions, quantity per style, packing, destination and required arrival window. State whether quantities refer to individual pieces, packs or sets.

2. Review the written quotation

The quotation identifies the selected specifications, unit basis, MOQ, packing, sample costs, delivery estimate and freight basis. Larger quantities can be reviewed for better pricing.

3. Agree samples and specifications

Samples are paid. The sample fee is credited against the corresponding confirmed order; shipping is charged separately. Sample scope, cost and timing are agreed before arrangement.

4. Confirm the order and delivery terms

Dispatch timing, freight, destination-specific requirements and order documents are confirmed for the selected order. An enquiry form is a request for contact, not an order or payment instruction.
